With the Sonance Patio 4.1 model, the outdoors blend seamlessly with some rock and roll or soft jazz. Whatever the group's preference, the all-weather audio system can accommodate those needs.

Using the Sonance outdoor speakers is a great way to incorporate a soundtrack into daily life. The immersive experience will make your house the favorite house in the neighborhood, and it will keep people coming back all year long.

Basic Installation

A detailed guide comes with every Sonance Patio Series 4.1 speaker system, allowing easy installation. Understanding which wires to run and where to put the speakers is covered in detail in the manual, allowing users to maximize their experience with the sound system.

The subwoofer rests in the ground and should sit as close to the speakers' center as possible to allow for the best sound and coverage. The recommendation says to the speakers anywhere from eight to ten feet apart for the best result.

After picking out where the speakers will go, dig a four to five-inch trench to run the wires. Start with the amp. Then run the wires through the trench to the first speaker, then the next, and so on.

As soon as you’ve laid out the speakers, run the wires. Then the speakers can be mounted and the subwoofer buried in the final destination. The subwoofer needs a depth of at least 11 inches.

Coverage Area

On average, outdoor speakers tend to cover an area of between 300 and 500 square feet. More prominent speakers can cover 600 to 800 feet. However, the Sonance Patio Series speakers have a much better range than the average speaker.

The Sonance Patio Series allows coverage of about 1000 square feet. This range makes it ideal for any outdoor setting, including around a fire pit, a back deck, or a patio.

Sonance Patio Series speakers should last and deliver quality performance throughout their lifetime. In addition, depending on your property layout, the speakers should provide high-quality, perfect sound up to 1000 square feet.

You may add a second 4.1 speaker system to the setup to expand the coverage. It doubles the entire sound system and gives you 2000 square feet of coverage. A dual speaker system may fit your needs if you have a more extensive ground space that you want to cover.

If you incorporate a dual speaker system, you must maintain the proper distance between everything. If you have a larger yard, that shouldn’t be a problem.

Design & Features

The Sonance Patio Series is primarily known for being an elegant all-weather speaker system. The speakers are specifically designed to blend in with the surroundings. Like Frank Lloyd Wright’s architecture, the Sonance Patio Series camouflages with its surroundings.

Whether you install the system in a garden, a blank yard, or around a patio, the speakers fit the landscaping. One of the best features of the speaker system is that it’s difficult to tell they’re even in the yard.

Another attractive feature of the Sonance Patio Series comes from the ground stakes. Depending on your preference, you can plant the speakers in the ground with the ground stakes or without them.

The speaker system comes with four satellite speakers and one in-ground subwoofer that you bury when you install the systems. The power comes from one Sonance DSP amplifier, where all the speakers plug into after being set up.

The speaker system features non-corroding, high-heat ABS enclosures on the satellites and subwoofers. They come in a dark wood finish that compliments the surroundings, and the sound quality is known for being even and perfectly distributed across the coverage area.

Care

Solvents of any kind might do severe damage to the amplifier or the speakers. Canned air will work the best to clean the amplifier. Canned air can remove dirt and dust particles from the amplifier without damaging the system in any way.

It’s best not to use solvents or cleaners on any part of the speaker system. However, you may use a soft cloth to wipe down the system if necessary.

Ensure you unplug the cord from the outlets whenever the system is not in use. Especially if you intend to leave the system off for an extended period, you should unplug everything for safety’s sake

You should also beware of objects entering your speaker system. Small items like rocks, twigs, and other particles can severely damage the speakers. There are also small openings in the amplifier and subwoofer that small things might fall through if you’re not careful.

Finally, you should avoid keeping drinks or other liquids close to the amplifier. Any splashing liquid might ruin the speakers. Moisture is generally bad for electrical equipment, and the Sonance Patio Series 4.1 is no exception.

Weather Conditions

The Sonance Patio Series is an all-weather speaker system designed to sit outside amid all kinds of weather. Even though you should keep splashing or dripping liquids away from the amplifier, the sound system can survive outdoors.

The wiring that comes with the Sonance Patio Series 4.1 has an all-weather rating, which means it should withstand most weather conditions. So even the frigid cold should not prevent the sound system from working flawlessly.

One of the reasons for the speaker system’s price tag is the design intent for sturdiness and durability, even in the roughest conditions.

Customers enjoy the way they can trust the speakers to work in various situations. Other all-weather speakers might not withstand bad weather very well, but the Sonance Patio Series 4.1 is known for lasting a long time, even during rain and snow.

Sonance Patio Series Conclusion

The Sonance Patio Series is an all-weather outdoor speaker system designed to work in any condition. It’s easy to install and provides about 1000 square feet coverage area. The sound quality is superb, making any backyard barbeque just a little bit better.
